- A probationary SEAFA who had to go on Sick Leave 90-180 days post-DOH and who was not given the option to be paid accrued Sick Leave.
- A SEAFA who wanted to use Sick Leave for preventive (or preventative) care but obviously was not afforded the opportunity to do so.
- A SEAFA who was given Attendance Points for using Sick Leave.
