AFA Membership Dues
All Alaska Airlines Flight Attendants are obligated to pay monthly AFA dues. The easiest and preferred method to pay dues is through direct payroll deduction. Click the button above to download the AFA Dues Check Off Form to authorize direct payroll deduction of your dues. Print the form, fill it out, sign it, and mail to the address at the bottom. You can also drop your completed and signed form in the AFA lock box in the SFO Village and your LEC Officers will send the form in on your behalf!
Questions about dues or the Dues Check Off Form? Contact LEC Secretary James Ikehara at james.ikehara@afaalaska.org.
