Dear Flight Attendants,
Many of you are eagerly anticipating the AFA negotiations follow up survey in preparation for our next mediation session. That session is scheduled for the week of May 12th in Tempe, AZ. AFA has retained Hart Research Associates to conduct a professional survey on our behalf which we anticipate will begin in just over a week. The survey will have two phases: initial interviews will be conducted by phone for a limited number of Flight Attendants and then followed by an online survey for the remainder of our group.
All Members in Good Standing (who are dues current) for which we have an updated phone number will have the possibility of participating in the phone interview. All Members in Good Standing for which we have an updated personal email address will have the opportunity to participate in the online interview. (Important: alaskaair.com addresses will not be accepted.)

It is critical that you update both your phone number and email address before the survey begins in just over a week.
