Joint Contract Negotiations Session 9 – November 2025

Our JNC met with management for three days of collective bargaining in Seattle, making progress on several key contract sections. A Tentative Agreement was reached on Section 25 (Air Safety, Health and Security), incorporating valuable improvements influenced by the Hawaiian Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Over the past several months, AFA Alaska and Alaska management have worked to correct any unintended errors in the final 2025-2028 CBA document.
