In the latest Human Rights & Equity Committee meeting, key topics included the company’s rebranding of diversity initiatives to “Culture and Belonging” and the establishment of a task force to address concerns about unaccompanied deportees on flights. Management also shared plans to make the LAX and SEA Alaska Villages (crew rooms) more accommodating for Hawaiian crew members as the merger progresses.
