    • The TA has been sent to the printers for paper printing. They will be sent to your LEC President. You need to ask your LECP where they will have one available for members to pick up. You will also be able to get a printed copy at the Roadshows.

    • Pay increase would take effect December 17, 2014 which would be the ratification date.

    • No. TA1 was voted down. The changes made in TA2 should be compared to our current contract. Using the Comparison Document posted on our blog along with reading TA2 will be helpful in understanding the changes proposed. You can also search all blog posts by keywords where you may find additional clarification to your questions.

Joint Contract Negotiations Session 13 – March 2026

Our JNC met this week for three days of collective bargaining with management. The JNC focused on clarifying questions about moving expenses and presented a proposal for Sick Leave, using feedback from Flight Attendants to guide improvements. The Committee is working to incorporate the strongest elements from both contracts to ensure better support for all members.
