Seattle Base – FLICA Information
Aloha All,
For those already awarded April Schedules, you will be under SEA trade rules in the April folders. You’ll remain at your current base through the end of March. For the May FA group, you’ll have access to your SEA pairings in the May folders and remain in your base for April.
Please note the following:
- ETCH – ER, Turns, Charters, Holiday pairings still require the 12-hour hold from 0600-1800 LDT (local domicile time)
- ER Segments must be posted in the ETCH folder and clearly marked in the comments as to which leg it is. It can be picked up according to seniority and processed in that folder.
- Non-ETCH remains first-come, first-served.
- Open time Folder is closed and processed at 1800 HST
- GDO pickup / Trip Request folder processed at 10:30 LDT
- Reserve trades are still processed manually in the NANI folder.
- RSA closes and is processed at 1:30 LDT
- You may only pick up NANI and Cleared-ETCH pairings in HNL or any LAX pairings with duty times at 14 hours or less. These are considered “Off-base” trades and are manually processed.
