ICN Crew Hotel Breakfast Buffet Price Update
Aloha Everyone,
Mahalo to everyone who reached out to notify me of the breakfast buffet price increase at our ICN crew hotel.
Unfortunately, we were not notified in advance of this increase. Following the change, crews were being charged KRW 49,000, which reflected a 30% discount off the new published price.
After this was brought to our attention, Crew Accommodations notified our hotel vendor, API, who followed up with the hotel on our behalf. The hotel apologized for the lack of communication and has once again generously extended a special breakfast buffet rate to our crews.
Effective immediately, the crew breakfast buffet rate is KRW 38,500, including VAT. All crew information provided at check-in will reflect this updated rate.
