Q1 2026 CBT
Q1 2026 CBT is due by April 15. To access the computer based training, please search your Alaska Air email, as it will not appear in Pelesys. CBTs are now completed through Cornerstone. If you experience any issues or have trouble accessing the course, please contact the Training Department at HATraining.Inflight@alaskaair.com.
CBT’s will be paid at 1 hour of your hourly rate in accordance to Section 26.4.C.
AFA & CWA Scholarship Deadlines
AFA Scholarship Fund
The Association of Flight Attendants Scholarship Fund is intended to provide financial assistance to dependents of our members who will be attending a college or university. Your application must be postmarked by April 10, 2026. Learn more about the Scholarship and see how to apply.
CWA Joe Beirne Foundation Scholarship
The CWA Joe Beirne Foundation was established in October 1974 by the Communications Workers of America Executive Board to honor the name and memory of the founding President of CWA, who served for more than 30 years. In his capacity as the first CWA President, Joe Beirne took great pride in the roles he played in the fields of education and learning and other areas of social concern. Printed Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
Would you like a paper copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (contract)? The company is offering printed copies for those who request one. If you would like to receive a copy, please be sure to complete the form by April 15.
Please also note that the contract is available online and can be downloaded to your phone for convenient access.
