As Flight Attendants and union members, we know how important it is to elect leaders who support working people. From aviation safety and collective bargaining rights to healthcare, workplace protections, and economic security, decisions made by elected officials directly affect our careers, families, and communities.
Our collective strength does not end at the bargaining table. It extends to the ballot box.
With our unpredictable schedules, commuting responsibilities, and time away from home, planning ahead is especially important. Whether you vote by mail, early, or in person, make sure your voice is heard.

Union Endorsements: Know who Supports Working People
Our union and the broader labor movement carefully evaluate candidates not based on political party affiliation, but on their demonstrated track record of supporting workers’ rights, pro-labor legislation, collective bargaining, and policies that benefit working families. These endorsements are about supporting candidates who have stood with working people, regardless of the letter next to their name on the ballot.

IMPORTANT VOTING DEADLINES
California
- October 24: Early in-person voting begins at vote centers in Voter’s Choice Act counties
- October 31: early voting locations available statewide
- November 3: Election Day. Polls open 7:00 AM–8:00 PM
Vote by Mail: Ballots must be postmarked by November 3 and received by November 10. Return yours early or use an official ballot drop box.

Washington
- October 16 onward: ballots mailed to registered voters. Please complete your ballots and mail right away or drop off at designated drop-off locations.
- October 26: Deadline for online registration and receipt of mailed voter registration applications
- November 3: Election Day. In-person registration and voting available until 8:00 PM.
Vote by Mail: Ballots must be postmarked by November 3 or deposited in an official ballot drop box by 8:00 PM.

Hawai’i
- October 26: Paper voter registration deadline.
- October 27: Deadline to request a ballot mailed to an alternate address.
- November 3: Election Day. Same-day registration and voting available at Voter Service Centers.
IMPORTANT: Hawai’i ballots must be RECEIVED by 7:00 PM on November 3. A postmark alone is not sufficient. Return your ballot early or use an official drop box.
