Inflight Service Committee Meeting Recap – 1st Quarter 2024

Our AFA Inflight Service Committee Chairpersons met on February 27 to represent Flight Attendants’ interests related to catering and onboard service/sales. The Committee met with management to discuss and receive updates on issues and problems faced by Flight Attendants onboard. The Committee continues to work with management to address catering concerns and improve processes in the future. Mediation: What’s Next?
Though the mediator assigned by the National Mediation Board was unavailable in March, our Negotiating Committee met this week to prepare for the April mediation session. The hard-hitting items are coming up fast and we will continue putting pressure on management for an industry-leading contract!
