This month, our Hotel Committee participated in its monthly standing meeting with Crew Hotels and a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with hotel procurement vendor API. Key updates include expanded API account management support for Alaska operations, ongoing virtual credit card audits for ad-hoc international properties, and work to resolve hotel-provided transportation sign-in sheet timing discrepancies.
