Our SEA Domicile Negotiating Committee is close to finalizing an agreement that will protect Hawaiian Flight Attendants’ rights during transfers and strengthen staffing measures for those moving to the SEA domicile. We remain committed to ensuring a smooth transition and safeguarding the interests of all affected Flight Attendants.

Our JNC is eager to hear your thoughts on which elements of our paid sick leave policy are most meaningful to you, as we strive to improve our support for your needs. The survey is currently open and will remain available until Friday, November 21 at Noon PT.

2025-2028 CBA Document Update

An interim 2025-2028 CBA Document is now available online and will be published to the IMD. Citations, hyperlinks, and the index are updated. Strikethrough language is removed, and the text color is standardized. The final (changes underlined) document is in progress and will be published when complete. Information on printed copies will be shared at a later date.
Joint Contract Negotiations Session 9 – November 2025

Our JNC met with management for three days of collective bargaining in Seattle, making progress on several key contract sections. A Tentative Agreement was reached on Section 25 – Air Safety, Health and Security, incorporating valuable improvements influenced by the Hawaiian Collective Bargaining Agreement.
