Pre-Merger Alaska
On September 29, our pre-merger Alaska Scheduling Committee met with management to review operational data and address ongoing scheduling concerns. Key findings show an operation pushing the limits, with SEA Reserve utilization reaching 97.7% and systemwide YTD absences up 20%—leading to elevated reassignment rates and premium pay.
Reserve Survey Now Open

Our JNC encourages all members to participate in the Reserve survey, regardless of your current Reserve status. Whether you are on Reserve now, pick up Reserve days occasionally, or have not been on Reserve recently, your input is valuable. The survey will be open until Tuesday, October 20 at Noon PT.
