Should TA2 be ratified, and until Minimum Pay Rules are automatic, will we be able to submit Activity Claim Forms as of DOS for any pairing worked where MPR would apply? If so, how do we make whole for the FAs who are unfamiliar with the process of filing an Activity Claim form?

Another way of putting this is how do we get paid correctly for any pairings where MPR applies as of DOS?

            Hi Heather,

Minimum Pay Rules (MPR) will be paid consistent with the implementation side letter. The side letter will discuss which items are paid on date of signing (DOS) and in subsequent months. The implementation side letter will be distributed soon. The NC appreciates your patience.

          November 20, 2014 at 17:44

Hi NC, just a quick question. Once the Minimum Pay Rules go into effect (according to the implementation schedule) will the pairing values reflect actual paid TFP value or will it show as it is today & we’ll need to convert?

          Thank you!

          • Jeffrey Peterson (MEC President) says

            November 20, 2014 at 18:58

The pairings will reflect both scheduled and paid TFP values. In other words, the pairings will have two different fields.
