Local Executive Council Meeting Tomorrow

This message is for pre-merger Hawaiian Flight Attendants

This is a friendly reminder that Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 25, 2025, our Local Council 43 Officers will be hosting two membership meetings  at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in the Conference Center in Terminal 1 (7th Floor). Take the mauka side elevator from the inter island parking structure up to the 7th floor.

There will be two sessions at 0930 and 1300. Between sessions, your LEC Officers will also be available to talk story and answer any questions one-on-one. Refreshments will be provided, and parking will be validated for $3.50.

All members in good standing are invited and encouraged to attend. We hope to see you there!

SEA Domicile Negotiations Update #2 – November 2025

  • Our SEA Domicile Negotiating Committee continues to make progress towards an agreement and expects to provide another update early next week

Negotiations Update

Earlier this week, our Seattle Domicile Negotiating Committee committed to providing an update on the Seattle Domicile Negotiations. We are getting closer to an agreement and anticipate providing you with another update early next week.

Local Executive Council 43 Membership Meeting – November 25, 2026

This message is for pre-merger Hawaiian Flight Attendants

This is reminder that our Local Council 43 Officers will be hosting two membership meetings this coming Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in the Conference Center in Terminal 1 (7th Floor).

We will be holding two sessions at 0930 and 1300. Whether you’re coming in from a flight, heading out on your next pairing, or enjoying a day off, we hope you can join us at one of our sessions. You are welcome to attend whichever meeting works best for your schedule.

Between sessions, your LEC Officers will also be available to talk story and answer any questions one-on-one. Refreshments will be provided, and parking will be validated for $3.50.

SEA Domicile Negotiations Update – November 2025

This message is for pre-merger Hawaiian Flight Attendants

  • Our SEA Domicile Negotiating Committee is close to finalizing an agreement with management

Negotiations Update

Our SEA Domicile Negotiating Committee continues to work with management on the SEA domicile provisions. We are nearing a final agreement, with our priorities focused on ensuring that Flight Attendants who transfer have the right to return to their former domicile, as well as addressing staffing and other provisions that will protect Flight Attendants who transfer to the SEA domicile.

As you recall, our priorities were:

  • Transfer Processes – strengthening protective elements of the transfer process for those who may be interested in moving to the new domicile
  • Return to HNL or LAX Domicile – addressing the concern of Flight Attendants transferring to SEA and potentially wishing to return to their Hawaiian domicile before the merging of the Hawaiian and Alaska SEA domicile
  • Staffing – ensuring that staffing is sufficient to meet operational demands
  • Moving Expenses – advocating for fair and comprehensive compensation related to any necessary relocation
  • Operational Concerns – defining the type of flying and pairings that will be constructed in the domicile
  • Safeguarding Existing Bases – protecting our HNL and LAX domiciles during this transition

Even after the SEA Domicile Letter of Agreement is finalized, we anticipate that additional issues and concerns will arise as management moves forward with implementation, and we remain committed to addressing these matters. We are hopeful that we will be able to conclude these negotiations and share further updates with you by the end of the week.

As always, we remain committed to getting you, the Hawaiian Flight Attendants, the best protections for those of you considering transferring to the new domicile.
